AREA MANAGER CENTRAL JAVA (CODE: AMCJ) BASED IN SEMARANG

Responsibility:

    Responsible and accountability for successful long term growth of OSRAM Business for supporting and creating business Opportunity for focus product in Central Java Area.

    Plan, direct, evaluate, analyzing the selling, distribution and trade marketing activities for OSRAM business in order to achieve sales and distribution.

    Provide report to BDM such: monthly sales result, future trends, competition, suppliers, marketing initiative, product supply and distribution.

Qualification:

    Degree in any subject related.

    Having a minimum of 3 years experiences in Sales Marketing.

    Excellent in computer tools such Ms and having driving license ( A )

    Able to communicate in English (oral and written).

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TRAXON (CODE: BDMT, JAKARTA BASED)

Job Responsibility:

    Responsible for business development and promote The OSRAM Signage with additional responsibility of OSRAM LMS, Siteco & Modulex Lighting System along with Encelium control system both direct and indirect.

    Looking for new OSRAM business partner and develop relationships and maintain exisisting relationship with lighting and control specification customer such as providing the perfect lighting solution to Architects, lighting Designers, M & E Consultant/ Contractor, Interior Design, Landscape Architects and General Contractors , lighting control integrators, installers,.

    Manage and coordinate the activities of commercial, projects and industrial based on customer to ensure them meet targets aligned with this accounts.

    Posses drive, motivation and execute attention to details in ensuring that all sales and project opportunity for OSRAM Signage brands are capture and explored, actively manage the sales process from lead generation, though to qualification and brief acquisition before handling on to the project management team fro specification and project management.

    Provide report to General Manager S & M such as monthly sales result, future trends, competition, suppliers, marketing initiative, product supply and distribution.

Qualification:

    Degree in Electrical,Architecture,or other subject related.

    Having a minimum of 3 years experience in LED lighting or lighting control Industry.

    Excellent in computer, Dialux or other lighting design software, Web based CRM software, CAD based program and working knowledge of DMX control Solution.

    Relationship building skills, receptive to innovation and change, ability prioritize, able to work with teams, and having driving license (A).

    Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills,Good Selling and Margin Management.

Job Responsibility:

    Directing and controlling sales planning & strategy, evaluation and analyze of sales, distribution and trade marketing activities, prospective opportunities.

    Maintain existing customers and analyze current company / client relationship.

    Monitoring and controlling product supply, distribution and all trade promotion.

    Develop and implement an outside sales.

Qualification:

    Bachelor degree in any discipline.

    Strong sales background, must have a proven successful sales track and having a minimally of 2 (two) years experiences in same fields.

    Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
